Video game movies, as a rule, suck. One of these days something might change, but for now that’s the rule. Who knows? Maybe one day a Peter Jackson or a Martin Scorcese or a Paul Anderson (other than the one who did MORTAL KOMBAT and RESIDENT EVIL) might come along and turn The Legend of Zelda into an epic motion picture worthy of taking home Best Picture, but I somehow doubt it’ll happen.
